Last and Final Farewell

This is me Monae signing off with my final blog post. I hope you enjoyed my recipes and yummy delicious meals. I want to thank you for visiting my blog spot and seeing my views on this blog constantly go up. I truly enjoy the making of food how its processed and how great it is for our bodies. Cilantro Lime Chicken with Avocado Salsa

Incredibly tender Cilantro Lime Chicken served with a crazy delicious Avocado Salsa! A healthy dinner recipe that's quick and easy! Although i haven't made this recipe it seems like a very easy cheap way to make a healthy delicious meal.  Meat 4, 3 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, boneless skinless OR if you aren't a meat eater you can cook this with stake or turkey  Produce 2 Avocados 1 1/4 cup Coriander 2 Garlic cloves 1/4 tsp Garlic powder 1/2 Lime, Juice from 3 Limes, Juice of 1/2 tsp Onion powder 2 Roma tomatoes 1/4 cup Shallot Baking & Spices 1 tsp Kosher salt 1 Pepper, fresh cracked 1 Pepper & salt, fresh cracked Oils & Vinegars 1/2 cup Olive oil Nuts & Seeds 1 tsp Cumin Credit to Pinterest for the recipe and picture

Tomato, Cucumber, Avocado Salad

Super easy, healthy and yummy salad to make. This salad isn't very time consuming to make and the cost you would be paying to make this meal is about 10 dollars at the most. If you're on the go and need a small snack this is a great meal to make and eat. Ingredients:  Vegetarian, Gluten free Produce 1 Avocado, large 2 cups Cherry tomatoes 2 cups Cherry tomatoes, yellow 1 English cucumbers 1/4 cup Parsley, fresh 1/4 cup Red onion Condiments 1 tsp Lemon juice After getting all these ingredients chop avocado, Cherry Tomatoes, English cucumbers, red onions to your liking mix them in a bowl and let it set in the refrigerator for about an hour and it will then be ready to eat  Baking & Spices 1 Salt and pepper Oils & Vinegar 2 tbsp Olive oil 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar CREDIT: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/389772542731132943/4 oz Feta cheese crumbles

Bruschetta Chicken

Skinny Bruschetta Chicken has delicious juicy grilled chicken topped with a fresh tomato bruschetta! It's the perfect healthy dinner! Ingredients: Meat 3 Chicken breasts ( make sure to wash chicken breast, then place them on a pan on the stove until ready) Produce 1 Handful Basil (cut in small pieces)  1 clove Garlic (cut into small small pieces) 4 Tomatoes, (small cut as well) Toss it all together and throw it in a small pan and let it simmer for about 10 mintues Condiments 1 tsp Balsamic vinegar (Add inside of bruschetta while cooking) Baking & Spices 1/8 tsp Sea salt (throw on top of chicken while in the frying pan) Oils 1 tsp Olive oil (throw in the small pan where the bruschetta is slowly cooking) Credit to Pintrest:

Meal-Prep Chicken Burrito Bowl Under $16  First Step: You're going to be needing a pan and a stove for this meal prep.
