Meal-Prep Chicken Burrito Bowl Under $16
First Step: You're going to be needing a pan and a stove for this meal prep.
You're going to be needing:
- 1 Table spoon of Olive Oil
- 1 Diced onion
- a pinch of salt
- cook 1 pound of cut cubed Chicken Breast
- apply more salt and add pepper still a pinch worth
- stir the diced onions and chicken breast together
- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- Salsa 16oz
- Black Beans 15oz
- Brown rice 1 cup cooked
- Make sure to let it all simmer together for 5 minutes
