Meal-Prep Chicken Burrito Bowl Under $16  First Step: You're going to be needing a pan and a stove for this meal prep. You're going to be needing: 1 Table spoon of Olive Oil 1 Diced onion   a pinch of salt cook 1 pound of cut cubed Chicken Breast apply more salt and add pepper still a pinch worth stir the diced onions and chicken breast together Garlic (2 cloves, minced) Salsa 16oz Black Beans 15oz Brown rice 1 cup cooked  Make sure to let it all simmer together for 5 minutes And you're finally ready to eat your yummy healthy meal that only cost under $16 at your local food market.
